
According to the Federal Statistical Office, the final insolvency figures for May 2022 are at a similar level compared to previous months: -0.5% compared to April 2022, which clearly contradicts the forecast figure of +8.4%.
Compared to the previous year, 11.3% more insolvencies were reported in May 2022 than in May 2021.
According to preliminary figures from the Federal Statistical Office, insolvencies are expected to fall further by 7.6% in June this year. Figures for July 2022 are also expected to fall by 4.2% compared to the previous month. More about this in the upcoming Inso Monitor.
