The PACT COMMUNICATION GROUP in Munich is a service provider in the field marketing sector with a specialization in personnel-based services at the point of sale. As a reliable partner for DAX and international corporations, the company employs over 500 people.
In view of economic challenges, PACT SALES GmbH sought self-administration restructuring. Restructuring advice was provided by the law firm Grub Brugger from Stuttgart. Dr. Philipp Grub, Chief Representative in Stuttgart, and Dr. Lukas Herbert, Head of Proceedings in Munich, led the self-administration proceedings. In February 2024, novaerion GmbH was mandated to prepare liquidity planning as an annex to the application for self-administration in accordance with Section 270a InsO and then carry out liquidity planning in (preliminary) self-administration proceedings.
As a result of a successfully completed M&A process, the TMS Group was acquired as a new acquirer. The transaction was completed in June 2024, the business operations of PACT SALES GmbH were transferred to the companies in the TMS Group and the contracts with the main customers of PACT SALES GmbH were successfully taken over. The PACT brand and the customer trust built up over 20 years are retained in the market.

Even after the transaction has been completed, the acquiring companies and the sellers work closely together to secure a long-term solution in the interest of creditors, employees and customers. The law firm GRUB BRUGGER acts as a procedural agent for the other companies in the group, PACT Holding AG and PACT TRAINING GmbH. These procedures are conducted as standard procedures. Attorney Thomas Funk from the Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Kollegen law firm in Munich was appointed as insolvency administrator. The team at the Munich law firm is completed by attorney Bettina Sezer.
